If you bought tickets at Smith Tixs you are more than welcome to go to any Smith Tixs location and receive a full refund.
Please note this decision has not been made by Sound Warehouse, 101.5 the Eagle and the concert promotor made this decision, it was the only option other than cancelling the entire show.
