105.5/101.5 The Eagle welcomes our new on-air lineup featuring Shotgun Jackson and Carly Cash
Shotgun Jackson started his radio career pitching tents, setting up equipment, and fetching coffee right here in Salt Lake City, Utah back in 1995. After doing the radio gypsy thing around the country a few years he’s finally made his way back home to wake you up every morning right here on 105.5/101.5 The Eagle.
Shotgun loves having all four seasons, getting out on those beautiful Utah trails, hiking, biking, floating the rivers, and he LOVES the snow. Not much of a skier. Shotgun’s more of an I’ll guard the cabin sipping my hot cocoa kind of guy.
Shotgun has four beautiful daughters and one good looking son. Two of his daughters played soccer for UVU and another one played for the University of Utah. Go Utes!
God, Family, and Country pretty much sum it up for Shotgun. Get ready for one heck of a ride every morning from 6 to Noon.
Carly Cash is finally home! Born and raised in Lehi, she started her radio career on KEGA back in 2003. Two kids and a whole lot of life later, she is so excited to get back to her roots!
Carly’s 17 years in country radio has led her to interview the legendary Garth Brooks, partnering with country stars to raise money for childhood cancer, and what she loves most is getting to know great people in her community!
