Wild West Days Trains @ Heber Valley Railroad
You won’t want to miss this fun and family friendly Old West Train event! The Wild West Days Trains includes a short, 40-minute round trip train ride on the historic Heber Creeper. On board you’ll be entertained by Krazy Ani, and enjoy and fun western sing-a-longs. Holi Festival of Colors @ West Stadium Park in Ogden
After the chill of winter, people come outdoors, bury the hatchet, and loosen uno by throwing multi colored powders on each other. The colors represent all the colors of spring, and the diversity among human and animal kind which makes life interesting and profitable.Our east meets west version of this exuberant festival includes yoga, mantra bands, DJ’s, Hip Hop, Bollywood Dance, vegan food, free hugs, and, of course colors. Beatles Cartoon Pop Art Show @ Relics Frameworks
Ron Campbell, Director of the 1960’s Saturday Morning Beatles TV Cartoon series and one of the animators of the Beatles film Yellow Submarine will make a rare appearance at Relics Frameworks & Gallery, 4685 S. Holladay Blvd, Salt Lake City from Thursday, May 23rd to Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day). Closed on Sunday. Ron will showcase his original Beatles cartoon paintings and paint original remarques for customers who purchase any of his artwork. Ron will also feature other artwork based on his 50-year career in cartoons including Scooby-Doo, Rugrats, Smurfs, Flintstones, Jetsons and more.
