The NY Post claims Dr. Pamela Gaudry of Savannah, Georgia was recently denied the opportunity to sing the National Anthem aboard a Delta Airlines plane that was carrying a soldier’s casket.
She and her fellow passengers were told to stay quiet while an honor guard escorted the casket from the plane at the Atlanta airport. A flight attendant then told Dr. Gaudrey that singing the Anthem was against company policy. Gaudry stayed in her seat and then recorded a video about her experience.
Delta says they don’t have a policy about singing the National Anthem.
